1. What does it costs to host a website?

The costs will vary based on what you desire to achieve. Basic hosting cost is $420.00 per year which includes domain name registration and 1-hour per month incidential support. This support includes things like: modifying web pages, replacing graphics/images, updating links, etc. It will not include redesign, new pages, database modifications, or graphics design. 2. Do you provide technical support for personal computers, servers, routers, etc.?

Yes we do. We are Microsoft Certified and can provide most desktop support for Windows-based PCs. We provide monthly contracts for support services and are extremely competitive in our pricing. Call us today for a quote.

3. I know Social Media like Facebook and Twitter are important, but I don't have a clue how to get started. Can Bluebird help me?

We are more than willing to help explain the what’s and why’s of Social Media to you until you understand. We love technology and we have the hearts of teachers. We love to share our knowledge! We can help you set up your accounts and answer any questions you may have. We can do this as part of your overall Web marketing strategy or as an add-on to your existing Web presence. 4. I'd like to start a e-commerce shopping cart site for my business. What features do you support? How much does it cost?

Our shopping carts have tons of features. Not only can it capture sales and process payments, it can manage inventory and calculate real-time shipping costs. You can add in coupon-codes, wish lists, email blasts and more! Contact us for complete details.

5. I'm just getting started and I don't have a lot of cash, do you accept payments?

Our payment policy is 50% on inception and 50% on completion. However, we understand small business cash flow management, so we can work with you to design a monthly payment plan.

6. What payment methods do you accept.

We accept checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. We offer easy recurring billing for your web hosting and web support contracts.

7. What types of hosting do you offer? Do you have your own servers?

We lease server space from different hosting companies. We have two different types of packages including Dedicated Server Hosting and Shared Server Hosting services. We have the capability to host on either Windows based servers or Linux based servers.

8. Do you backup my website and data?

Yes, we backup all of our hosted sites and databases regularly for your peace of mind. We also maintain a full copy of your site locally.

9. Will I own my website and domain name?

Yes, unlike many web design companies we do not own your website or domain name. If you pay us to register your domain then we are simply an acting agent on your behalf. Bluebird will be the licensed registar but you will be the owner and may transfer to your account at any time.

Although we develop your website, you pay for this software and own your website. We will gladly turnover your website and images, including database information, at anytime. There are some limitations on this when third-party software is used to develop your site. License agreements prevent the transfer of some software. You may be required to purchase this third party software for your own personal license.
